Handicrafts- Bamboo & cane, Naksikatha, Tailoring etc.
The organization arranges occupational skills development training for the destitute women and the adolescent girls from 2010 so far 240 destitute women and 75 adolescent girls have been provided skills development training courses on Embroidery Bamboo & cane, Naksikatha, Tailoring etc.. Most of them have been involved in tailoring and embroidery activities.
Income Generating Activities-IGA
SADH provide Income Generating Activities because almost all the beneficiaries are poor or jobless. They need skill ness to their life and families. For this reason, there are so many option of vocational training so that they can choice according to their own interest and capacity. There are some sectors of IGA training like toy making, handicrafts, doll making, bookbinding, candle making and pottery. Besides this vocational training, there is some other training for income generating activities such as goat raring, homestead gardening, agriculture, plantation of trees, poultry, fish farming etc. These training are especially for adult women or housewife.
Adult and Child Education Program
Bangladesh is trying to alleviate the course of illiteracy and the combined campaign of NGO and Go against illiteracy is seems to reaching its ultimate aim. SADH also want to be and participant of expedition of literacy. So it takes education program as a vital part to achieve its mission along with other programs. To combat the curse of illiteracy SADH feels to instate the education program. The Staffs of SADH conduct literacy course during weekly group meeting and it is implementing Education program with its own support.

Primary Health
Health is ongoing program of the organization and all the field are covered with this program through weekly group meetings the Community people and group members are made aware on health and hygiene. Beside this the organization arrange primary health care including maternal health, National Immunization Program at its working areas. Sale of medicine is one of the major component of this program.
Community Health Care and Support Service
The objectives of the community health care and support service are: To minimize the sufferings of the poor and disadvantage people, SADH have been providing services to the community through mobile clinic in the project area. The team members are paramedics, nurses and a doctor with a pre schedule field visit at the doorstep of the beneficiaries. ln case of emergency the mobile clinic is available to shift the patient to the government or private clinic. Regular health awareness session on health issues to mother and child care has been taken by the health worker. In the immunization camp SADH has been the organized support to the medical team and technician to make the immunization camp successfully. During the awareness session, posters, leaflets, stickers are distributed among the group members. Nutrition awareness and cooking session has been done by our health workers.
Agriculture Development
Bangladesh is an agricultural country and its economy is dependent on agriculture. The majority of the population is, directly or indirectly dependent on agricultural and their livelihoods, So, improvement of life status of target families is mostly related to the development of the agriculture, Since the whole cultivation process is ancient and production rate is very low. The areas of agriculture, like fisheries, poultry and livestock farming are also in a poor condition. As a result, the nutrition status and economic condition of this agriculture dependent population is getting worse day by day. For the upliftment of agricultural livelihood, SS has categorized the agriculture Sector into O4 productive activities, such as Fisheries, Agro forestry, horticulture and livestock development.
Pure Water Supply and Sanitation
Pure drinking water and sanitation support: in rural areas of Bangladesh, it is very difficult to manage pure drinking water as a result different water borne diseases spread out and affected the community. Considering the importance SADH has been implemented pure drinking water supply and sanitation programs in the project areas. During the year 2021-2022, with the assistance of NGO forum for DWSS, SADH has installed l2500 tube-wells and 4i0 sets low cost hygienic water sealed latrine to 205000 group members to ensure safe drinking water and for improve the sanitation facilities and to reduce incidence of water borne disease in the area. Activities were; awareness rising on school children on Water & Sanitation, Training on Sanitation and Pure water, ring slab distribution, maintenance of' Tube-well & Installation, Staff orientation, Community Management Workshop, Construction of Hygienic Latrine, etc.
